  • 1 Overview: How do I return an item?

    Detailed Instructions To Return Your Item.

    Sign in, select My Orders and click Return Item on the item you wish to return.

    Select the drop-down box of the order you wish to return and select the item(s) you wish to return and click on the Return Item button.

    Fill in the Return Form and submit.

    Please take note to select method of return:

    Drop off return item to nearby post-office or House.

    Pick-up by our courier partner.

    A pop-up box will appear to check if the item is within your possession.

    Return Logistics Arrangement.

    Drop Off to nearby Post-office or Local Private Courier Service.

    Drop off to your item to any Post-office or Local Private Courier Service with the printed Return Form. For more information on drop off at Post-office.

    Pick Up by our courier partner.

    Our customer service agent will call you to schedulue for a pick-up time slot.

    2 Can I return an item after 7/14 days upon receipt?

    Your item cannot be returned after 7 calendar days for items under 100% Buyer Protection.

    Your item cannot be returned after 14 calendar days for items under satisfaction Guaranteed.

    Past this period, kindly check the warranty status of the item and redeem the warranty.

    All items sold on Tamilnadushopping Tamil Nadu are covered under the "100% Buyer Protection" and/or "Satisfaction Guaranteed".

    NOTE: In the unlikely event that your return is invalid, our Customer Service will notify you before sending it back to you.

    4 What happens after I fill up the Online Returns Form?

    Kindly ensure that the item to be returned is with its original packaging, free gifts, warranties, tags, manuals, and any other item(s) that came with it. Make sure to cover with a simple external packaging like plastic to avoid damage to the parcel during transportation.

    For pickup option, hand over the securely-packed return parcel to our courier.

    For drop off option, please print and paste the return label on top of the securely-packed parcel and drop it off to your nearest Post office or Private Courier. Click here for more information.

    Once your item is received in our warehouse, we will evaluate the product based on your return request. We will update you after the quality evaluation process that usually takes 2 to 4 working days.

    5 How long is the quality evaluation process?

    The refund process only begins after we have completed evaluating your returned product.

    This quality evaluation process may take 2 to 4 business days once the item reaches our warehouse.

    A refund will be processed and processing should be completed within a day; it may take 2- 14 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your local bank policies.

    7 What options can I choose in returning my parcel?

    Drop off your parcel to a Post Office.

    After you fill out online returns form from My Order's Page, our customer service agents will get back to you and will arrange a schedule for the pick-up of your item.

    Kindly ensure that the item to be returned is with its original packaging, free gifts, warranties, tags, manuals, and any other item(s) that came with it. Make sure to cover with a simple external packaging like plastic to avoid damage to the parcel during transportation.

    Hand over the securely-packed return parcel to our courier and we will take care of the rest.

    Drop off your parcel to a Post office:

    1. Our customer service agent will generate a return label and will send it to your email.

    2. Please print the return label and place it on top of your return package.

    Drop off your parcel to a Local Private Courier:

    Find the nearest Postal Office or Local Private Courier in your Location Here.

    Please make sure to print out of the return form.

    At the nearest Postal Office or Local Private Courier - select the Return My Parcel option and scan the barcode on the Return Label. You may also enter the barcode manually.

    Enter your Tamil Nadu-registered mobile number to receive your locker pin for entry.

    Select an appropriate locker size to deposit your parcel.

    Close the door and return to screen and click "Yes" to confirm that your parcel has been dropped off.

    Select receipt or SMS to confirm your parcel has been successfully deposited at the Private Courier/counter.

    8 How do I track my return status?

    You can track return status using the tracking number provided to you by our logistics partner or via our Order Tracking tool.

    9 Does Tamilnadushopping cover the shipment cost for returns?

    Yes. Returning an item with Tamilnadushopping is free of charge.
